WOMEN'S CROSS COUNTRY TEAM FINISH 16TH AT 2012 PAUL SHORT RUN

Bethlehem, Pa. (9/28/12) The Dominican College women's cross country team finished 16th out of 34 teams competing in the women's white portion of the 2012 Paul Short Run which took place today and hosted by Lehigh University.

Bethlehem, Pa. (9/28/12)  The Dominican College women's cross country team finished 16th out of 34 teams competing in the women's white portion of the 2012 Paul Short Run which took place today and hosted by Lehigh University.

Junior Krystal Campbell (New Windsor, N.Y.) was the top finisher for the Lady Chargers with a time of 24:08 to finish in 22nd place.

Carolina Cassin Silva (Putnam Valley, N.Y.) took 54th place with a time of 25:07, while sophomore Renee Roncace (Valley Cottage, N.Y.) ran a time of 26:38 to finish in 100th place.

Jessica Avila (Mount Vernon, N.Y.) finished in 133rd place with a time of 27:49 and Ashley Ramdin (Cliffside Park, N.J.) took 143rd place with a time of 28:24.

Ashley Hodges (Bronx, N.Y.) ran a time of 36:26 and senior Sharrika Brent (Brooklyn, N.Y.) finished with a time of 39:21.

DC is back in action on October 6th at the Jack Saint Clair Memorial Championships.
