CROSS COUNTRY FINISHES NINTH AT DELAWARE VALLEY COLLEGE INVITATIONAL

Doylestown, Pa. (9/1/12) The Dominican College women's cross country team finished in ninth place at the Delware Valley College Cross Country Invitational held today. Dominican was one of six squads from the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) who participated in the 6000 meter run.

Doylestown, Pa. (9/1/12)  The Dominican College women's cross country team finished in ninth place at the Delware Valley College Cross Country Invitational held today.  Dominican was one of six squads from the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) who participated in the 6000 meter run.

Junior Krystal Campbell (New Windsor, N.Y.) was the top fiisher for the Lady Chargers as she finished in 8th place with a time of 25:19.58.

Freshman Carolina Cassin Silva finished in 28th place with a time of 27:13..28, while Ashley Ramdin (Cliffside Park, N.J.) ran the course in a time of 29:20.76 to finish in 63rd place.

Renee Roncace (Valley Cottage, N.Y.) took 76th place with a time of 30:05.74, Jessica Avila (Mount Vernon, N.Y.) finished with a time of 32:13.39 for a 94th place finish.

Ashley Hodges (Bronx, N.Y.) ran a time of 38:52.92 to finish in 127th place and senior Sharrika Brent (Brooklyn, N.Y.) finsihed in 130th place with a time of 40:30.08.

Dominican is back in action next weekend at the Fordham Fiasco.
