WOMEN'S CROSS COUNTRY TAKE FOURTH PLACE AT PHILLY METRO MEET
Philadelphia, PA (9/24/11) The Dominican College women's cross country team took fourth place at the Philly Metro Meet that was held at Belmont Plateau and hosted by Cabrini College. The Lady Chargers were one of 11 schools to compete in the meet.

Senior Sarah Dugandzic (Suffern, NY) was the top finisher for the Lady Chargers as she took eighth place with a time of 21:21.16.
Sophomore Jessica Avila (Mount Vernon, NY) ran a time of 21:44.07 to finish in 13th place, while Krystal Campbel (New Windsor, NY) took 21st plaace with a time of 22:35.01.
Samantha Klunk (York, PA) finished in 24th place as she ran a time of 22:46.63. Freshman Renee Roncace (Valley Cottage, NY) rounded out the top 30 runners with a time of 23:11.29. Ashley Ramdin (Cliffside Park, NJ) ran a time of 23:19.86 to take 33rd place, while Keyla Cruz (Bronx, NY) took 52nd place with a time of 24:34.06.
Sophomore Talisha Peeler (Bridgeport, CT) ran a time of 26:58.46 to finish in 74th place. Amanda Castro (New Rochelle, NY) finished in 78th place with a time of 27:18.78, while Sharrika Brent (Brooklyn, NY) took 98th place with a time of 33:24.53.
Dominican is back in action this Friday when they take part in the Paul Short Run hosted by Lehigh University.
