Bio

Coach Carrington was hired in the spring of 2008 and enters her fifth year at the helm of the Lady Charger volleyball program.

Coach Carrington came to Dominican from Haldane High School where she was the head coach for the junior varsity team, who finished the season with an 18-1 record, and the assistant coach to the varsity team who won the NYS Class D State Championship in 2007.  She also coaches for the Downstate Juniors Volleyball Club 15 and under travel team and spent portions of her last few summers working with the USA Volleyball High Performance training program.

Carrington spent her collegiate years at Marist College where she competed on teams in the local USA Volleyball Region, GEVA.  She is still an active player in the region and also plays in competitive doubles tournaments over the summer.

A 2007 graduate of Marist College, Carrington earned a bachelor of art's degree in Economics and is currently employed as the Director of Operations at the Downstate Athletic Center in Peekskill, NY as well as being the Registrar for GEVA.  She resides in Harriman, NY.
