VOLLEYBALL SEMIFINALS SET

New Haven, Conn. (11/8/12) Wilmington, Dominican, Georgian Court and Philadelphia all posted wins in Tuesday night's quarterfinals to advance to the semifinal phase of the 2012 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Volleyball Tournament.

New Haven, Conn. (11/8/12) Wilmington, Dominican, Georgian Court and Philadelphia all posted wins in Tuesday night's quarterfinals to advance to the semifinal phase of the 2012 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Volleyball Tournament.

No. 2 (South) Philadelphia blanked No. 3 (North) Nyack 3-0, while No. 1 Dominican also won in straight sets over No. 4 (South) USciences 3-0.

No. 1 (South) Wilmington also crusied to an easy 3-0 victory over No. 4 (North) Post.

The lone quarterfinal upset saw No. 3 (South) Georgian Court defeat No. 2 (North) Caldwell 3-1.  Caldwell was the defending CACC Volleyball champion.

Friday semifinals, which will be played at a site to be determined, will feature No. 3 (South Georgian Court vs. No. 1 (South) Wilmington at 7:30 p.m.   The first semifinal will mach up No. 1 (North) Dominican against No. 2 (South) Philadelphia.

N#1 – Dominican vs. S#2 Philadelphia - 5:30 p.m.

S#3 - Georgian Court vs. S#1 – Wilmington - 7:30 p.m.
