WOMEN'S VOLLEYBALL FALL TO POST UNIVERSITY
Orangeburg, NY (9/29/11) The Dominican College women's volleyball team fell to the visiting Eagles of Post University, 3-1, this evening in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) match played on Coach Baxter Court at the Hennessy Center. With the loss, Dominican snaps a five match conference winning streak and now stands at 8-8 overall and 5-1 in the CACC.

Juniors Michelle Fiorvanti (Commack, NY) and Courtney Heard (Ventura, CA) led the Lady Chargers with 12 kills a-piece. Setter Whitney Ranger (Ventura, CA) added seven kills, recorded 36 assists and had 11 defensive digs. Jordyn Fuller (Keller, TX) also had 11 digs in the loss.
Belinda Snider (Norwalk, CT) led the way for the Eagles with 16 kills, while Emily Wilman (Perth Amboy, NJ) and Kelli Reynolds (Stamford, CT) each had 12 kills. Setter Taylor Doyle (Mystic, CT) had a match leading 39 assists.
DC returns to action on Saturday when they host Holy Family University in a conference match slated to begin at 12pm on Coach Baxter Court at the Hennessy Center.
