WOMEN'S SOCCER RALLY TO TIE WITH POST UNIVERSITY
Orangeburg, NY (10/29/11) The Dominican College women's soccer team rallied from a 2-0 deficit in the first half to tie the game at 2-2 before it was stopped in the 88th minute due to weather in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) regular season finale against Post University on the DC Soccer Field.

Orangeburg, NY (10/29/11) The Dominican College women's soccer team rallied from a 2-0 deficit in the first half to tie the game at 2-2 before it was stopped in the 88th minute due to weather in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) regular season finale against Post University on the DC Soccer Field.
The Eagles tallied both goals in the first half with the first one coming at 12:24 and the second goal in the 27th minute of action for the 2-0 lead.
DC netted their first goal of the game at the 55:34 mark when freshman forward Amanda Murray (Sayreville, NJ) put a shot in the net off the assist from Jamilyn Snyder (Lacey, NJ).
The Lady Chargers tied the contest in the 81st minute as Lisa Friscia (Valley Stream, NY) put the ball past the diving Eagle keeper to make the score 2-2.
The weather was an issue through the entire second half as the snow began to stick to the ground and with 1:55 left in regulation the game was stopped due to dangerous field conditions.
Lady Charger keeper Kaitlyn Hertz (Voorhees, NJ) made three saves.
Dominican will return to action on Tuesday in a CACC Tournament Quarter-Final game.
