WOMEN'S SOCCER FALL IN SEASON OPENER TO BENTLEY UNIVERSITY

Waltham, MA (9/2/11) The Dominican College women's soccer program opened up the 2011 season with a 7-0 loss to host, Bentley University, yesterday afternoon in a non-conference game. Following the loss, Dominican falls to 0-1 on the season while Bentley improves to 1-0.

Waltham, MA (9/2/11)  The Dominican College women's soccer program opened up the 2011 season with a 7-0 loss to host, Bentley University, yesterday afternoon in a non-conference game.  Following the loss, Dominican falls to 0-1 on the season while Bentley improves to 1-0.

The Falcons controlled the offensive end of the game, outshooting the Lady Chargers 30-4.  Bentley netted four goals in the first half and three goals in the second in the victory.

Freshman goalie Kaitlyn Hertz (Voorhees, NJ) made 12 saves in the net in the loss.

Dominican is back in action on Sunday as they take on non-conference opponent, the University of New Haven on Sunday, September 4th at 12pm.
