Orangeburg, NY (10/27/09)  Dominican College women's soccer player, Margaret Porter, has been named the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Player of the Week for the week ending October 25th.

Porter, a junior midfielder from Neptune, NJ, helped lead Dominican to a 1-0-2 week and scored the game-tying and winning goals in a huge win over Philadelphia.  She scored all three of DC's goals for the week.

Currently Porter leads the CACC and the team with 15 goals on the year and is second in the CACC in points with 31 on the year.

Dominican is currently 6-5-4 overall and 5-2-3 in the CACC.

This is Porter's first Player of the Week Honors this season.
