WOMEN'S LACROSSE LOSES TO ST. THOMAS AQUINAS COLLEGE

Sloatesburg, NY (4/25/08) The Dominican College women's lacrosse team lost to St. Thomas Aquinas College, 16-4 this evening at the Torne Valley Sports Complex.

Althea Chambers (Yonkers, NY) led the team with three goals. Sarah Kiernan (Saugerties, NY) had the other Lady Charger goal. Silje Karlsen (Vernon, NJ) had two assists.

Goalie Lindsey Grundfast (Saugerties, NY) had five saves in the loss.

With the loss, the Lady Chargers fall to 2-11 overall.

Dominican is back in action next Saturday as they travel to Philadelphia University.
