Women's Lacrosse

WOMEN'S LACROSSE LOSES TO WILMINGTON UNIVERSITY 

Blauvelt, NY (3/9/08)  The Dominican College women's lacrosse squad drop their second straight game in as many days after losing to Wilmington Unviversity, 16-0 this afternoon in New Castle, DE.

Amanda Jenkins led the Wildcats with five goals, while Colby Bugda and Kelly Wojciechowski each netted three goals a piece in the victory.

Lindsey Grundfast (Saugerties, NY) had 18 saves for the Lady Chargers in the loss.

With the loss, Dominican falls to 0-2 on the season. 

The Lady Chargers are back in action on Saturday when they travel to Georgian Court University.  Game time is 1pm in Brick, NJ.
