(2/2/13) Four different women's basketball players scored in double-digits to lead the Lady Chargers to a 75-66 victory over host, Georgian Court University this afternoon in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) contest played at the Wellness Center Arena. With the victory, Dominican improves to 14-7 overall and 11-3 in conference play.

With the victory, Dominican improves to 14-7 overall and 11-3 in conference play.
The game was tied at 7-7 with just over 15 minutes remaining in the first half when the Lady Chargers charged ahead with a 12-5 run to take an eight point lead, 20-12. DC extended their lead to as many as ten points (24-14) with under ten minutes to go and a Bianca Harris* (Teaneck, N.J.) layup with 0:35 on the clock closed out the half and made the score 37-31.
GCU would cut the lead to three points (58-55) with eight minutes to go, but Dominican went on to outscore the Lions, 7-1 over the next eight points to rebuild a 65-56 advantage and cruised to the 75-66 victory.
KC Jentzen (Pearl River, N.Y.) paced the Lady Chargers with 19 points and nine rebounds.
Harris finished with 17 points and eight rebounds, while LaShonda Hathorne (Queens, N.Y.) added 14 points.
Freshman Deja Gabbidon (Teaneck, N.J.) scored 11 points (4-7 from the floor) and tallied seven rebounds off the bench in the win.
DC will host Post University on Wednesday evening at the Hennessy Center.
