Orangeburg, NY (4/19/12)  Dominican College women's basketball player, Lindsey Lopez, has been named to the 2011-2012 All-Met Division II women's basketball second team as was announced today by the Met Basketball Writers Association.

Lopez, a 5-5 junior guard from Elmwood Park, NJ, led the CACC and finished 17th in the nation in three point field goal percentage.  She also finished 21st in the nation in free-throw percentage and 27th in three-point field goals made per game.  Lopez led the team in scoring and assists and wass second in steals.

The All-Met awards will be presented Thursday, April 26, at the Westchester Marriott in Tarrytown, N.Y.
