Orangeburg, NY (2/16/09) The Dominican College women's and men's basketball teams, joining with the national initiative by the Women's Basketball Association of America (WBCA), will sponsor "Pink Zone" Day for breast cancer awareness during the home double-header this coming Saturday, February 21st at the Hennessy Center against Chestnut Hill College.

The teams will also be celebrating Senior Day before the games.  Tip-off is slated for 1pm for the women and 3pm for the men.

All gate proceeds will be donated to the V Foundation for Cancer Research which is in partnership with the Kay Yow/WBCA Cancer Fund.

Ticket prices are $5.00 for adults and $3.00 for students/children 12 & up.  With your paid admission, fans will receive a free "Pink Zone" bracelet.

So wear your pink and come out to celebrate "Pink Zone" Day and Senior Day at the Hennessy Center.
