PIASECKI EARNS ECAC PLAYER OF THE WEEK HONORS
Orangeburg, NY (4/10/08) Dominican College women's softball player, Cara Piasecki, has been named the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division II Player of the Week for the week ending April 6th as was announced by the ECAC yesterday.
Piasecki, a sophomore short stop from Port
Monmouth, NJ, hit .643 in four games, driving in seven runs and
scoring eight runs. She belted four homeruns on the week,
including two in a game versus. St. Thomas Aquinas College.
The Lady Chargers are currently 11-13 overall and 7-1 in the
Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC).
