DOMINICAN MEN'S SOCCER ALUM SIGNS WITH RED BULLS
Harrison, NJ (3/8/12) Former Dominican College men's soccer player, Jhonny Arteaga, has signed a professional contract with the New York Red Bulls as was announced by the Red Bulls on March 5th. Arteaga, was one of four players added to the roster after a successful preseason.

A four-year member of the Chargers soccer team, Arteaga was a two-time All-CACC First Team selection and was the 2007 CACC Player of the Year. In his senior season, he led the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) in points, goals and game-winning goals this season and also ranked second with six assists. He scored 12 more points and four more goals than anyone else in the conference in leading Dominican to its fourth consecutive CACC regular-season championship.
In 2007, he was also named to the Daktronics All-New England Region First Team and to the Daktronics NCAA Division II All-America First Team.
