Orangeburg, NY (10/31/11) The third-seeded Dominican College men's soccer team fell to the sixth-seeded Golden Falcons of Felician College, 2-1, this afternoon in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Quarter-Final game played at the OMM Soccer Field. With the win, Felician advances to the CACC Semi-Finals, while the Chargers end their season with a 9-6-3 overall record.

With the win, Felician advances to the CACC Semi-Finals, while the Chargers end their season with a 9-6-3 overall record.
The Golden-Falcons tallied both of their goals in the first half of action for the 2-0 lead. The first goal came in the 27th minute and the second goal, on a shot that curved around the Charger keeper into the right corner of the net, was scored in the 44th minute.
Dominican's lone goal came at the 78 minute mark as sophomore forward Jorge Zubillaga (Uruguay) scored his eighth goal of the season for the eventual 2-1 final score.
DC outshot the Golden Falcons, 19-15 and held a 7-4 advantage in corner kicks.
Charger keeper Brandon Heembrock* (Ottawa, Canada) made four saves in the loss.
