MEN'S SOCCER FALLS TO SOUTHERN CONNECTICUT STATE UNIVERSITY IN NCAA TOURNAMENT
Brookhaven, NY (11/12/10) The Dominican College men's soccer team fell to Southern Connecticut State University, ranked 18th in the latest NSCAA National Rankings, 1-0, this afternoon in a NCAA East Super Region game played at Golden Lion Field on the campus of Dowling College.

Brookhaven, NY (11/12/10) The Dominican College men's soccer team fell to Southern Connecticut State University, ranked 18th in the latest NSCAA National Rankings, 1-0, this afternoon in a NCAA East Super Region game played at Golden Lion Field on the campus of Dowling College.
The game winning goal came at the 64:43 mark off a scramble in the box to lift the Owls to the 1-0 victory.
The Chargers outshot the Owls, 21-20.
Dominican keeper, Brandon Heembrock (Ottawa, Canada) made 10 saves in the net.
With the loss Dominican ends their season with a 12-4-5 overall record.
SCSU advances and will face Dowling College on Sunday at 1pm.
