Dominican Shuts Out UDC, 2-0

Blauvelt, NY (10/22/05)Dominican College, currently ranked 8th in the nation, improved their record to 14-1 after shutting out the University of the District of Columbia, 2-0 this afternoon in a game held at Dominican College.

Senior Scott Silvia (Dighton, MA) netted the games first goal at 31:58 off the double assist by fellow senior Kyle Clancy (Walden, NY) and Jhonny Arteaga (Cali, Colmbia). Two minutes later, Clancy would net a goal off another double assist, this time by Diego Miranda (Qutio, Ecuador) and Brent Gaylord (Phoenix, AZ).

Dominican out shot UDC, 19-3.

The Chargers are back in action on Monday, October 24 as they travel to LeMoyne College.
