Dominican College Announces 2006 Men's Lacrosse Schedule

Blauvelt, NY (10/12/05) Dominican College men's lacrosse coach, Nick Ballou, has announced the Chargers' 2006 schedule. This season, the Chargers will face several top teams, including defending Division II National Champions, New York Institute of Technology, Molloy College and Adelphi University.

Dominican College had their most successful year since the team started back in 2002. The Chargers finished with a 5-7 record, improving from a 4-10 finish a year ago. The team also carried a roster of 22 in the 2005 season, improving from a 15 man roster last year.

The Chargers will open up the 2006 season on the road against Molloy College on February 28th. The team will then face Notre Dame De Namur University from California and three tough road games against New York Institute of Technology, Mars Hill College and Lee-Micrae College.
