GOLF IN 11TH PLACE AFTER ROUND ONE OF MIKE BELLO INVITATIONAL

Baldwinsville, N.Y. (4/14/13) The Dominican College golf team is in 11th place after round one of the Mike Bello Invitational hosted by Le Moyne College and being played at the Timber Banks Golf Course. Bentley University is in first place after day one, followed by Concordia College, Nyack College, Roberts Wesleyan and Southern New Hampshire University to round out the top five.

(4/14/13)  The Dominican College golf team is in 11th place after round one of the Mike Bello Invitational hosted by Le Moyne College and being played at the Timber Banks Golf Course.  Bentley University is in first place after day one, followed by Concordia College, Nyack College, Roberts Wesleyan and Southern New Hampshire University to round out the top five.

Dominican had a first round total of 323 (+35) to be in 11th place, one stroke behind Keystone.

Junior Keith Prokop (Ramsey, N.J.) is tied for 14th place with a first round score of 74 (+2).

Brian McGuigan (Hawthorne, N.J.) is seven strokes above par after day one with a score of 79 to be tied for 34th place.

Sophomore Anthony Schifano (Ramsey, N.J.) is in 62nd place with a score of 83, while Jeffrey Sabella (Budd Lake, N.J.) is in 83rd place with a round of 87.

The Chargers will conclude play tomorrow at the Mike Bello Invitational.
