GOLF PLACES SIXTH IN SAINT ROSE FALL SHOOTOUT
Guilderland, N.Y. (10/13/12) The Dominican College golf team finished the fall portion of the 2012-2013 season with a sixth place finish at the Saint Rose Fall Shootout played at the Pinehaven Country Club. Fellow Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) member, Concordia College won the tournament, followed by UMASS-Lowell, Bentley University, Le Moyne College and Southern New Hampshire University.

Junior Keith Prokop (Ramsey, N.J.) was the top finisher for the Chargers as he took third place with a combined score of 152 (76, 76) to finish 10 shots over par.
Eric Reiher (Milford, Pa.) shot a 76 today, improving from an 84 yesterday to finish in a tie for 14th place with a total score of 160.
Sophomore Anthony Schifano (Ramsey, N.J.) also shot better today as he posted a score of 79 after an 85 on day one for a total of 164 and finished in a tie for 28th place.
Michael Morton (Hawthorne, N.J.) finished with a total score of 170 (84, 86) to tie for 39th place, while freshman Brian McGuigan (Hawthorne, N.J.) tied for 43rd place with rounds of 90 and 85 for a combined score of 175.
As a team the Chargers posted a day one total of 329 and improved on day two with a 316 score for a combined score of 645.
