MEN'S GOLF FINISH IN EIGHTH PLACE AT FPU FALL INVITATIONAL

Keene, N.H. (9/10/12) The Dominican College golf team wrapped up their first tournament of the fall 2012 season with an eighth place finish at the FPU Fall Invitational held at Bretwood Country Club. The Chargers shot a first round total of 323 and had a second day score of 317 for a combined team total of 640 .

(9/10/12)  The Dominican College golf team wrapped up their first tournament of the fall 2012 season with an eighth place finish at the FPU Fall Invitational held at Bretwood Country Club.  The Chargers shot a first round total of 323 and had a second day score of 317 for a combined team total of 640 .

Junior Keith Prokop (Ramsey, N.J.) was the top finisher for the Chargers as he finished in fourth place with a two day score of 147 (75, 72).  On day two he shot for an even par om the day.

Eric Reiher (Milford, Pa.) tied for 20th place with rounds of 76 and 81 for a total score of 157.  Senior Jeffrey Sabella (Budd Lake, N.J.) and junior Carlos Fonacier (Valley Cottage, N.Y.) tied for 37th place with a total score of 168.  Sabella shot rounds of 87 and 81, while Fonacier had rounds of 85 and 83.

Freshman Brian McGuigan (Hawthorne, N.J.) finished in 43rd place with a total score of 179 (92, 87).
