GOLF PLACES SEVENTH AT DR. EDWIN B. COTTRELL INVITE

West Chester, PA (4/2/12) The Dominican College golf squad finished in seventh place at the Dr. Edwin B. Cottrell Invite which was held at the Penn Oaks Golf Club yesterday and today. The Chargers shot a combined score of 331 on day one and a 345 on day two for a total score of 676.

West Chester, PA (4/2/12)  The Dominican College golf squad finished in seventh place at the Dr. Edwin B. Cottrell Invite which was held at the Penn Oaks Golf Club yesterday and today.  The Chargers shot a combined score of 331 on day one and a 345 on day two for a total score of 676.

Freshman Eric Reiher (Milford, PA) led the Chargers with a combined score of 162 (79, 83) to finish in 17th place.

Keith Prokop (Ramsey, NJ) tied for 18th place with scores of 78 and 85 for a total score of 163.

Junior Jeffrey Sabella (Budd Lake, NJ) took 32nd place with a score of 170 after shooting scores of 87 and 83.

Anthony Schifano (Ramsey, NJ) and Bryan Romagnoli* (Waldwick, NJ) rounded out the scoring as they finished in 41st and 42nd place.  Schifano combined for a 178 total score (92, 86), while Romagnoli finished with a 181 total score (87, 94).

Freshman Michael Morton (Hawthorne, NJ) finished in 45th placew with a total 186 (91, 95) score.

Dominican is back in action next week at the CACC Championships.
