GOLF FINISHES SIXTH AT ST. THOMAS AQUINAS FALL CLASSIC
Thiells, NY (10/4/11) The Dominican College men's golf team finished in sixth place at the St. Thomas Aquinas Fall Classic which was held Sunday and Monday at the Philip J. Rotella Golf Course in Thiells, NY. Host St. Thomas Aquinas took the team title, followed by Post University, Goldey-Beacom College, Nyack College and Concordia College.

Rotella Golf Course in Thiells, NY. Host St. Thomas Aquinas took the team title, followed by Post University, Goldey-Beacom College, Nyack College and Concordia College.
Sophomore Keith Prokop (Ramsey, NJ) was the top finisher for the Chargers with rounds of 79 and 81 for a combined 160 score and tied for a 16th place finish.
Anthony Schifano (Ramsey, NJ) finished in a tie for 25th place with a combined score of 169 (86-83), while junior Jeffrey Sabella (Budd Lake, NJ) took 27th place with rounds of 88 and 85 for a 179 total score.
Carlos Fonacier (Valley Cottage, NY) and Lewis Morse (Kings Ferry, NY) tied for 28th place with a 174 score as Fonacier shot rounds of 92 and 82, while Morse shot an 87 both days.
Michael Morton (Hawthorne, NJ) had a 176 total score (88-88).
Dominican returns to the course this weekend as they host the 5th Annual Charger Challenge to be played Sunday and Monday at the Spook Rock Golf Course.
