GOLF TAKES 12TH PLACE AT 6TH ANNUAL PETER KING MEMORIAL
Riverhead, NY (4/4/11) The Dominican College golf team finished in 12th place at the 6th Annual Peter King Memorial Golf Course held at Long Island National Golf Course this past Saturday and Sunday.

Post University took home the team title with a combined score of 605, followed St. Thomas Aquinas College (616), American International College (621), Nyack College (629), Bentley University (636), Dowling College (636), UMASS-Lowell (636), Assumption College (657), College of St. Rose (659), Pace University (663), Holy Family University (669), Dominican College (672) and Southern New Hampshire (691).
Freshman Keith Prokop (Ramsey, NJ) was the top finisher for the Chargers as he shot rounds of 79 and 75 for a two-day total of 154 to finish in a two-way tie for sixth place.
Sophomore Lewis Morse (Kings Ferry, NY) finished in a four-way tie for 27th place with a combined score of 161 (83, 78), while Jeffrey Sabella (Budd Lake, NJ) shot rounds of 81 and 86 for a 167 total score and tied for 45th place.
Bryan Romagnoli (Waldwick, NJ) took 61st place with rounds of 96 and 94 for a 190 total score.
