MEN'S GOLF FINISH 4TH ANNUAL "CHARGER CHALLENGE" IN TIE FOR EIGHTH PLACE
Suffern, NY (10/11/10) The Dominican College men's golf team finished in a two-way tie for eighth place on the final day of the 4th Annual "Charger Challenge" which was held yesterday and today at the Spook Rock Golf Course.

Adelphi University took him the team title with a two-day total of 613, followed by Goldey-Beacom College 618, the College of Saint Rose 627, Concordia College 640, Pace University 643, Nyack College 644, Holy Family University 654, Dominican College 659, Felician College 659 and Nassau Community College 667.
Junior Bryan Romagnoli (Waldwick, NJ) and sophomore Lewis Morse (Aurora, NY) tied for the top finish for the Chargers as both shot a two-day score of 164 to tie for 29th place. Romagnoli had rounds of 80 and 84, while Morse shot an 83 and 81.
Michael Ciabattari (New Hampton, NY) tied for 32nd place with scores of 82 and 84 for a combined 166 score.
Freshman Brandon Paone (Staten Island, NY) tied for 37th place with a 168 score after shooting rounds of 81 and 87 and fellow freshman Keith Prokop (Ramsey, NJ) took 39th place with final score of 170 (86, 84) to round out the scoring.
Dominican is back in action next Monday and Tuesday as they wrap up the fall portion of the season at the Goldey-Beacom College Fall Invitational.
