GOLF FINISHES 11TH AT NEIC CHAMPIONSHIPS
Farmington, CT (9/20/10) The Dominican College golf team finished in 11th place at the Second Annual Northeast Intercollegiate Golf Championship which was held on the 6,638 yard, par-72 Tunxis Plantation Golf Course for the past two days.

Dominican stood in 11th place after yesterday's round with a combined score of 327. Today the team shot a combined 336 to finish with a 663 total score to remain in 11th place.
Freshman Keith Prokop (Ramsey, NJ) was the top finisher for the Chargers as he finished in a tie for 20th place with rounds of 73 and 83 for a 156 total score.
Sophomore Lewis Morse (Aurora, NY) tied for 55th place with rookie Brandon Paone (Staten Island, NY) as they both shot a two-day total of 168. Morse had two rounds of 84, while Paone shot an 85 and an 83.
Jeffrey Sabella (Budd Lake, NJ) tied for 59th place with rounds of 85 and 86 for a 171 combined score and Michael Ciabattari (New Hampton, NY) finished in 62nd place with a 174 total score (87, 87).
The Chargers return to action this Friday when they take part in the Dowling College September Shootout which will be held at the Long Island National Golf Course.
