MEN'S GOLF FINSIH EIGHTH AT GOLDEY-BEACOM COLLEGE FALL INVITE

Rysing Sun, MD (9/17/09) The Dominican College men's golf team finished in eighth place at the Goldey-Beacom College Fall Invite which was held on Tuesday at The Chesapeake Bay Club.
Wilmington University finished in first place with a team score of 588 (+20), followed by Adelphi University (611, +43), UMASS-Lowell (613, +45), Dowling College (615, +47), Wesley College (621, +53), Goldey-Beacom College (622, +54), Dominican College (651, +83) and the College of Saint Rose (656, +88).
Senior Brian Kivlehan (Mahwah, NJ) was the top finisher for the Chargers with a total score of 152 (77, 75) to put him in a six-way tie for 11th place. Freshman Michael Ciabattari (New Hampton, NY) finished in a four-way tie for 35th place with rounds of 80 and 81 for a total 161 score.
Freshman Lewis Morse (Aurora, NY) tied for 43rd place, shooting an 83 in both rounds for a 166 total score.
Fellow freshman Jeffrey Sabella (Budd Lake, NJ) tied for 48th place with teammate James Reppert, Jr (Joppatowne, MD) with a total score of 173. Sabella had rounds of 92 and 81, while Reppert shot a 91 and 84.
Sophomore Bryan Romagnoli (Waldwick, NJ) had a 197 total score with rounds of 100 and 97.
Dominican is back in action this Sunday and Monday at the NEIC Championships which will be hosted by Post University.
