CHARGERS GOLF FINISH SIXTH AT PACE UNIVERSITY INVITATIONAL 

Myrtle Beach, SC (3/22/08)  The Dominican College golf team finished sixth at the Pace University Invitational held at Crown Park Golf Course in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Dominican finished the tournament with a team score of 633 (321, 312) to put them sixth behind Pace, Brevard, Dowling, UMASS-Lowell and CACC foe Post. 

Senior Brian Mackey (Chestnut Ridge, NY) was the top finisher for DC after shooting a 151, +9 (78, 73) to tie for third place.  Freshman Thomas Lalonde (Red Hook, NY) finished in ninth place with rounds of 80 and 74 for a two day total of 154 (+10).

Sophomore Brian Kivlehan (Mahwah, NJ) finished in a five way tie for 28th place with a 162, +18 (79, 83) and A.J. Lee (Nanuet, NY) shot a 164 (84, 80) total (+20).  Senior Corey Stone (East Syracuse, NY) finished in a tie for 39th place with a 170 (85, 85) total.

The Chargers are back in action on Friday, March 28th when they travel to Holy Family University.
