BLAKE EARNS ECAC DIVISION II HITTER OF THE WEEK ACCOLADES
Orangeburg, NY (4/3/12) Dominican College baseball player, Tony Blake, has been named the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division II Hitter of the Week as was announced by the ECAC today. This makes Blake's third honor for his play last week as he has also been named the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Player of the Week and the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) Hitter of the Week.

Blake, a junior outfielder from Windsor, CT, batted .500 with a .727 slugging percentage during a 6-1 week for the Chargers. The junior drove in four runs and scored 10 times. He also had a home run, eight walks and three stolen bases.
