Dominican Ranked Eighth in NCBWA Northeast Regional Poll
Rindge, N.H. (March 20, 2006) – Franklin Pierce is ranked first for the fourth-straight week in the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) Division II Northeast Regional rankings. The poll was conducted by the region’s six-member committee.

Franklin Pierce Leads NCBWA Northeast Regional Poll
Rindge, N.H.(March 20, 2006) – Franklin Pierce is ranked first for the fourth-straight week in the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) Division II Northeast Regional rankings. The poll was conducted by the region’s six-member committee.
Franklin Pierce, off to a 15-4 start (0-0 NE-10) for the first time in program history, claimed all six first place votes from the committee. The Ravens are followed by fellow Northeast-10 Conference members University of Massachusetts Lowell (15-2, 3-0 NE-10), reigning Northeast Regional Champions Southern Connecticut State University (13-6, 2-0 NE-10) and Pace University (13-5) while New York Collegiate Athletic Conference members Concordia College (13-11, 2-1 NYCAC) and the University of New Haven (10-4, 3-0 NYCAC) are tied for the fifth spot. The NCBWA Division II Northeast Regional poll is in no way affiliated with the NCAA Division II Tournament selection committee rankings.
