GOLDEN FALCONS UPEND WOMEN'S VOLLEYBALL

Orangeburg, N.Y. (10/1/15) The Dominican College women's volleyball team dropped a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) match to to visiting Golden Falcons of Felician College, 3-0 (21-25, 15-25, 18-25), this evening on Coach Baxter Court in the Hennessy Center.

Orangeburg, N.Y. (10/1/15)  The Dominican College women's volleyball team dropped a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) match to to visiting Golden Falcons of Felician College, 3-0 (21-25, 15-25, 18-25), this evening on Coach Baxter Court in the Hennessy Center.

Freshman outside hitter Kelly Murphy (Evergreen, Co.) led the Lady Chargers with seven kills.

Kera Dexter (Selah, Wash.) and Ashley Joyner (Edgewood, Md.) each had six kills, while Dexter added a team high 17 digs.

Cortney Yeoman (Glen Dale, Md.) totaled six block assists, one solo block and five kills in the loss.

Setter Amanda Hallstein* (Holtsville, N.Y.) contributed a team high 20 assists and 10 digs and Natalia Perez (Prosper, Texas) had a team high 15 digs.

Angela Kim (Marlton, N.J.) had 11 digs with Kayla Rosario (Hicksville, N.Y.) adding 10 digs.

With the loss, DC falls to 2-14 overall and 2-3 in CACC play.

Domincian returns to action on Saturday afternoon when they travel to Goldey-Beacom College.
