Waterbury, Conn. (9/30/25) The Dominican University New York women's soccer team shout out the Eagles of Post University, 2-0, this evening in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) action played at LaMoy Field.
With the win, the Lady Chargers improve to 3-4-2 overall and 2-3 in conference play.
The game was scoreless until the 27:15 mark when Jessie Maraia scored her second goal of the season off the double assist by Asia Lebon and Emilie Stochkel for the early lead.
Dominican added to the lead in the 56th minute as freshman Isabella Mack netted her first collegiate score, following the pass from Shelby Parks.
The Eagles outshot the Lady Chargers, 19-12 and held the 4-3 edge in corner kicks.
Goalkeeper Stella Paton made a season high nine saves in the victory.
Dominican returns to action on October 8th when they host Felician University in a CACC contest on O'Brien Field.
