Orangeburg, N.Y. (2/21/26) The Dominican University New York women's basketball team celebrated senior day today in their 65-44 loss to the visiting Lions of Georgian Court University in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) on Coach Baxter Court.
With the loss, Dominican now stands at 6-20 overall and 4-14 in conference play.
Prior to the start of the game the team honored seniors #13 Cayla Howard and #31 Dalana Taylor.
Junior guard Isabella Javier led the team with 11 points.
Sky Priester scored eight points, while Taylor finished with five points, four rebounds and three steals.
Junior Tamia Nunes pulled down a game best 11 rebounds, to go along with four points.
Emma Gribben also had four rebounds in the loss.
The Lady Charges return to action on Wednesday evening when they host Post University.
