MILLS AND HOWARD EARN ALL-MET WOMEN'S BASKETBALL HONORS

Orangeburg, N.Y. (4/16/25) Dominican University New York women's basketball players Tanasha Mills and Cayla Howard have been named to the 2025 All-Met Women's Basketball teams as was announced by the Met Basketball Writers Association today.

Mills was named to the All-Met First Team, while Howard was named to the Second Team.

The 2024-25 All-Met teams will be honored at the 92^nd MBWA Haggerty Awards dinner on Thursday, April 24, at the Sleepy Hollow Hotel & Conference Center in Tarrytown, N.Y. The Haggerty dinner is the longest running media-managed college basketball awards program in the United States.

This is Mills first All-Met accolades and Howard's second recognition as she was named to the All-Met First Team in 2024.

Mills led the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) in assists, was fourth in field-goal percentage and seventh in scoring. Howard was third in the conference in blocked shots, 10th in scoring and 11th in rebounding.
