WOMEN'S CROSS COUNTRY COMPETE AT 13TH ANNUAL TECHNOLOGY CHALLENGE

Newark, N.J. (10/8/16) The Dominican College women's cross country team took 7th place at the 13th Annual Technology Challenge, hosted by New Jersey Institute of Technology at Branch Brook Park.

Newark, N.J. (10/8/16)  The Dominican College women's cross country team took 7th place at the 13th Annual Technology Challenge, hosted by New Jersey Institute of Technology at Branch Brook Park.

As a team, the Lady Chargers compiled a score of 182 to finish in seventh place.

Freshman Kaitlynn Connor (Warwick, N.Y.) took 18th place overall with a time of 20:11.88 (6:30.1 average).

Emily Lopez* (Staten Island, N.Y.) finished in 21st place overall with a time of 20:18.37 (6:32.2), while Jessica Graci (Staten Island, N.Y.) had a time of 20:49.34 (6:42.2) to finish in 32nd place.

Sophomore Jennifer Heller (Butler, N.J.) took 59th place with a time of 21:44.41 (6:59.9), while Christina Burgos (Staten Island, N.Y.) had a time of 22:30.71 to finish in 75th place.

Mary Curatolo (Staten Island, N.Y.) ran a time of 23:29.86 to finish in 95th place, while Djazmina Jean-Pierre (Spring Valley, N.Y.) had a time of 24:46.06.

The Lady Chargers will travel to the Cougar Chase next Saturday.
