EAGLES TRIUMPH OVER LADY CHARGERS

Orangeburg, N.Y. (11/10/15) The Dominican College women's volleyball squad dropped a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) match this evening to the visiting Eagles of Post University, 3-0, on Senior Night at the Hennessy Center.

Orangeburg, N.Y. (11/10/15)  The Dominican College women's volleyball squad dropped a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) match this evening to the visiting Eagles of Post University, 3-0, on Senior Night at the Hennessy Center.

Post University took the match in three straight sets by scores of 25-11, 25-15, 25-13.

Senior Ashley Joyner (Edgewood, Md.) led Dominican with seven kills on thet net.

Kelly Murphy (Evergreen, Colo.) added six kills, while senior setter Amanda Hallstein* (Holtsville, N.Y.) had a team best 18 assists.

Libero Angela Kim (Marlton, N.J.) had a team high 15 defensive digs in the loss.

With the loss, Dominican falls to 6-24 overall and 6-12 in CACC play.

The Lady Chargers will wrap up the regular season on Saturday afternoon as they travel to conference foe, Bloomfield College.

Prior to the game, the team honored seniors #4 Amanda Hallstein* and #24 Ashley Joyner in a ceremony to thank them for their hard work and dedication to the program.
