LADY CHARGERS TRAVEL TO SAINT PETER'S INVITE #2

Jersey City, N.J. (4/14/21) Members of the Dominican College women's track and field squad traveled to the Saint Peter's Invite #2 held today at Lincoln Park and hosted by Saint Peter's University.

Jersey City, N.J. (4/14/21) Members of the Dominican College women's track and field squad traveled to the Saint Peter's Invite #2 held today at Lincoln Park and hosted by Saint Peter's University.

The high finish for the Lady Chargers on the day belonged to Sabrina Hernandez (Stony Point, N.Y.) who placed fifth in the discus throw with a distance of 24.53m (80 feet, 6 inches).  Stacy Eliezer (New City, N.Y.) took sixth place with a throw of 23.65m (77 feet, 7 inches).

Armanie Abreu (Brentwood, N.Y.) ran the 100m dash in a time of 13.85 to finish in eighth place, while Krystal Parris (Toronto, Canada) finished in 13th place with a time of 14.92.  Angelica Figueroa (New York, N.Y.) finished in 14th place with a time of 15.33.

The 200m dash saw Cheneda Jemedy (Brockton, Mass.) take 13th palce with a time of 28.68, while Desiree Joseph-Jarvis finish in 15th place with a time of 29.05.  Abreu took 16th place with a time of 29.17 and Parris finished in 20th palce with a time of 31.03.  Figueroa claimed 24th place with a time of 33.13.
