GRIFFINS DEFEAT LADY CHARGERS

Monsey, N.Y. (10/6/25) The Dominican University New York women's tennis team fell in conference action to the Griffins of Chestnut Hill College this afternoon by a score of 5-2. 

The Lady Chargers fall to 1-5 overall and 1-5 in the CACC while CHC improves to 4-4 overall and 3-4 in the CACC.

The Griffins won the doubles point to open the match. The DU doubles pair of Elizaveta Kisel and Angelina Amelkina were edged 6-4.

Sophomore Hayley McGhee went into the third set in 4th singles as she took the first set 6-1 and the third set 6-2.

The Lady Chargers return to action on Wednesday when they host Goldey-Beacom College.
