LADY CHARGERS FALL TO RAVENS

Orangeburg, N.Y. (9/3/21) The Dominican College women's soccer team dropped their 2021 season opener to the Ravens of Franklin Pierce University, 4-0, this evening in a non-conference game played at the OMM Soccer Complex.

Orangeburg, N.Y. (9/3/21) The Dominican College women's soccer team dropped their 2021 season opener to the Ravens of Franklin Pierce University, 4-0, this evening in a non-conference game played at the OMM Soccer Complex.

Franklin Pierce got on the scoreboard in the fourth minute of the contest and added two more scores before the end of the first half.  The Ravens added a goal at the 59:51 mark on a long shot for the 4-0 lead and eventual win.

Keeper Lynne Garofalo (Ridgefield, N.J.) made three saves in the Charger net, while raven keeper Gabby Calidonio had four saves.

Dominican (0-1) returns to action on Wednesday, September 8th when they travel to St. Michael's College in non-conference action.
