Hillburn, N.Y. (4/19/16)  The Dominican College women's lacrosse team turned back the visiting Golden Falcons of Felician University, 20-2, this afternoon in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) game played at the Torne Valley Sports Complex.

With the win, Dominican improves to 3-10 overall and 3-4 in CACC play.

Senior midfielder Christina Brennan* (Washington Township, N.J.) and junior Amber June (Stony Point, N.Y.) had four goals each in the win.  Brennan contributed a career high five assists for nine game points.

Haliann Fitzgerald (Walden, N.Y.) scored three goals and three assists for six points, while Shayne Gallagher (Blauvelt, N.Y.) added three goals and two assists for five points.

Attacker Katie Dascher (Valley Stream, N.Y.) netted three goals in the win.

Joanna Napolitano (Oakdale, N.Y.), Amanda Rowley (Valley Cottage, N.Y.) and Brandi Clay (Meriches, N.Y.) had the other Lady Charger scores.

Goalie Brittany Kiernan* (Clarkstown, N.Y.) made three saves.

DC returns to action on Friday evening as they host Philadelphia University.  Game time is slated for 5pm at the Torne Valley Sports Complex.
