LADY CHARGERS COMPETE IN DR. CINCOTTA MEMORIAL
Hackensack, N.J. (2/21/26) The Dominican University New York women's bowling team returned to action today for the Dr. Cincotta Memorial from Bowler City in Hackensack, N.J.
Due to inclement weather, the tournament was condensed to a one day baker competition.
Dominican competed in four baker matches where they finished the day 3-1 overall. Dominican improves to 59-30 overall on the season.
The Lady Chargers opened the day with back to back wins over Fairleigh Dickinson University and Wagner College. Domincian posted their highest score on the day against Wagner with 1,049 total pins.
Dominican fell to Adelphi University by a score of 1,037-977 in their only loss on the day before wrapping up the day with a 982-638 victory over St. Thomas Aquinas College.
The Lady Chargers finished the day in second place out of nine competing schools.
Dominican returns to action next weekend for CACC Meet #2 hosted by Felician University from Parkway Lanes in Elmwood Park, N.J.
