SOFTBALL REMAINS SEVENTH IN NCAA EAST REGION

Orangeburg, NY (4/28/10) The Dominican College softball team retained their NCAA East Region ranking of seventh place in this week's poll as was announced today by the NCAA.

Orangeburg, NY (4/28/10)  The Dominican College softball team retained their NCAA East Region ranking of seventh place in this week's poll as was announced today by the NCAA.

The team has been in all the East Region Polls released this season, with their top ranking being seventh place.

Dominican posted a 7-1 record last week to now stand at 30-12 overall and 20-2 in the CACC.

DC remains one of three teams from the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) in the East Region poll.  Caldwell College is currently ranked fifth, while Georgian Court University remained eighth in the poll.
