CHARGERS FINISH 11TH AT CACC CHAMPIONSHIPS
Philadelphia, Pa. (10/23/16) The Dominican College men's cross country team finished in 11th place at the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Championships held today at Belmont Plateau and hosted by the University of the Sciences.

The Chargers finished with a team score of 263 in the 8k race. Wilmington University took home the championship.
Sophomore Darren Guzman* (Teaneck, N.J.) finished in 27th place overall with a time of 29:51.0 and was the top finisher for Dominican.
Leonard Kipalgat (Eldoret, Kenya) finished in 49th place with a time of 32:25.0, while Andrew Souza (New London, Conn.) finished in 53rd place with a time of 32:39.2.
Freshman Rollens Florvil (Spring Valley, N.Y.) ran the course in a time of 34:35.4 to take in 65th place and David Jeffers (Florida, N.Y.) took 69th place with a time of 34:49.6.
Justin Estevez (Nanuet, N.Y.) finished in 75th place with a time of 42:45.9 and Dylan Roadarmel (New City, N.Y.) took 79th place with a time of 46:04.7.
