MEN'S CROSS COUNTRY TAKE SIXTH PLACE AT RAMAPO XC SEASON OPENER
Woodland Park, N.J. (9/2/16) The Dominican College men's cross country team took sixth place this evening at the Ramapo College XC Season Opener held at Garrett Mountain. As a team, the Chargers compiled a combined score of 158.

Sophomore captain Darren Guzman* (Teaneck, N.J.) finished in 15th place overall in the race with a 5:41.0 average mile and a 17:39.4 total race time
Rookie Andrew Souza (New London, Conn.) had an overall time of 19:23.4 (6:14.4 average) to finish in 36th place, while Rollens Florvil (Spring Valley, N.Y.) finished in 48th place with a time of 20:31.6 (6:36.4.).
Christopher Vaught (New Haven, Conn.) finished in 54th palce with a time of 21:00.2 (6:45.6), while Leonard Kiplagat (Eldoret, Kenya) took 63rd place with a time of 23:03.3 (7:25.2).
The Chargers are back in action on September 18th at the Queensborough XC Invitational.
