MEN'S TRACK AND FIELD TRAVLE TO FASTRACK NATIONAL INVITE
Staten Island, N.Y. (2/6/26) Members of the Dominican University New York men's track and field team competed today at the Fastrack National Invite which was held at the Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex.
Jean Franco Del Valle Guerrero took second place in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.74, while Aaron Williams took fifth palce in the 200m dash with a time of 21.94.
Williams also took sixth place with a time of 7.13.
MEN'S RESULTS
- Jean Franco Del Valle Guerrero had the high finish of second place in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.74.
- Sophomore Aaron Williams took fifth place in the 200m dash with a time of 21.94.
- In the 60m dash, Williams finished sixth with a time of 7.13. Jayden Bryan finished in 71st place with a time of 7.60 and Aidan Mallon took 82nd place with a time of 7.79.
- Anthony Ramos took 15th place in the triple jump with a jump of 13.07m (42' 10.75").
- Freshman GianLuca Saggio took 34th place in the shot put event with a throw of 11.71m (38' 5").
- Tyler Colebrook ran in the 400m dash and finished in 61st place with a time of 52.31. Nickoy Henry took 84th place with a time of 53.50, while Christopher Rodriguez Gonzalez finished in 92nd place with a time of 53.74.
- Senior Deshawn Douglas competed in the 800m run and took 56th place with a time of 2:02.17. Prince Copeland took 61st place with a time of 2:02.92, while Samuel Fileen finished in 66th place with a time of 2:03.89.
- Douglas took part in the mile run and finished in 56th place with a time of 4:43.32 and Copeland finished in 66th place with a time of 2:03.89.
