EAGLES UPEND MEN'S TENNIS

Waterbury, Conn. (3/25/22) The Dominican College men's tennis team fell in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) action to host, Post University, 5-2, this afternoon in a match played at Edgewood Bath and Tennis Club.

Waterbury, Conn. (3/25/22) The Dominican College men's tennis team fell in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) action to host, Post University, 5-2, this afternoon in a match played at Edgewood Bath and Tennis Club.

Following the win the Eagles improve to 4-6 overall and 1-0 in conference play, while the Chargers fall to 3-4 overall and 1-3 in the CACC.

The doubles team of Tanaka Chabata (Bulawayo, Zimbabwe) and Faris Hadir (Berkeley, Calif.) won their match in No. 3 doubles, 6-4.

CACC Player of the Week, Guilherme Salim (Brasilia, Brazil) won his match in No. 1 singles, 4-6, 6-3, 6-2.  In No. 3 singles, Anthony Kwok (Floreal, Mauritius) bested his opponent 2-6, 6-4, 7-6.
