Bridgeport, Conn. (11/5/25) The Dominican University New York men's soccer team concluded the regular season with a 4-0 loss to host, the University of Bridgeport in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) action tonight on Knights Field.

With the loss, the Chargers are now 4-9-3 overall and 4-5-1 in conference play.

Bridgeport scored two goals in the first half in the 14th and 33rd minute for the 2-0 lead and added two more scores in the second half for the 4-0 win.

Senior keeper David Arteaga made five saves in 68:28 minutes of action, while Miguel Hernandez had four saves in final 21:32.

The Chargers have earned the seventh seed in the upcoming CACC Men's Soccer Championship Tournament and will have a rematch against Purple Knights, who are the second seed, this coming Sunday in a quarterfinal game.
