MONTON EARNS CACC ROOKIE OF THE WEEK HONORS

Orangeburg, N.Y. (9/20/16) Dominican College men's soccer player, Sergio Monton, has been named the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Men's Soccer Rookie of the Week as was announced by the conference office today. This is his first weekly accolades this season.

Orangeburg, N.Y. (9/20/16)  Dominican College men's soccer player, Sergio Monton, has been named the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Men's Soccer Rookie of the Week as was announced by the conference office today.  This is his first weekly accolades this season.

Monton, a reshman forward from Madrid, Spain, netted four goals for eight points, including one penalty kick goal.  He had two goals in a narrow 4-3 setback to Concordia and added two more in a 5-0 win over Holy Family.  For the week, Monton fired off eight shots and put seven of those on net.
